This pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, adopts an axial reflux external mixing type, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can suction and discharge impurity liquids containing large solid particles and long fibers without the need for bottom valves and irrigation water like general self-priming water pumps. Working principle
The ZWL type direct discharge self-priming pump is mainly composed of a motor, pump shaft, water blocking ring, mechanical seal, pump cover, pump body, impeller, sealing ring, drain plug, bottom cover plate, chassis, gas-liquid separation pipe, outlet pipe, water inlet valve, return valve plate, inlet pipe, etc. The structure of the pump is shown in the diagram. The working principle of the pump: The pump body is equipped with a storage chamber, which is connected to the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial reflux external hybrid system of the pump. After the pump stops working, there is already a fixed volume and liquid stored in the pump chamber. When the pump is started, the stored liquid inside the pump is ejected upwards with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, forming a certain vacuum degree inside the pump and achieving self-priming.

Conditions of Use
1. ZWL direct connection self-priming sewage pump has an environmental humidity of 50 ℃ and a medium temperature of 80 ℃, with special requirements of up to 200 ℃.
2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.
3. The medium density shall not exceed 1240 kg/m3.
4. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is 10 meters.
5. The centrifugal pump has a capacity to suspend particles with a diameter of 60% of the pump diameter and a fiber length of 5 times the pump diameter.
precautions
1. Check if the fasteners at the connection parts such as the base and pump cover of ZWL type direct discharge self-priming pump are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened.
2. Check if there is any jamming or abnormal noise when manually turning the motor fan blades.
3. Open the water inlet valve above the pump, add no less than two-thirds of the pump body volume of stored liquid water, and close the valve. In the future, there will be no need to refill water when starting up.
4. Connect the power and try turning it on. From the motor end, it turns clockwise. (Reverse is strictly prohibited)
5. Turn on the machine and observe if the pump is running normally? If there is any abnormal phenomenon, the cause should be identified and eliminated
